Metrolog XG :
The World's leading independent
CMM retrofit product for all types of measuring applications,
suitable for use on ANY make or model of CMM or 3D coordinate
measuring device. Metrolog XG is ideal for more advanced or
complex measuring applications where no compromise is accepted.
Silma XG :
Offline CMM Simulation solution providing an easy
to use environment for CMM programming directly from a CAD
model, without the need for a part or a CMM. Generate highly
reliable CMM programs directly from nominal CAD data, with full
simulation and collision detection for the machine, probe
system, components and fixtures.
Metrologic Inspection V5 :
The Metrologic V5 range is the
only CMM software to be fully integrated within the CATIA V5
environment, providing direct and real-time communication with
the measuring machine from inside the V5 environment. By
operating directly on the native CATIA V5 CAD data, the
Metrologic V5 software is able to fully utilise the embedded FTA
data and there is no translation or data loss possible.
CNC CMM Retrofits :
In addition to the range of
software, we can also provide a complete retrofit / upgrade
solution for your existing CMM, including one of the most
advanced digital CNC controllers, wired and wireless hand
control units, counter cards, laser scanners, plus full 23
-parameter error mapping to improve the performance of your
existing CMM.
