has been specifically designed to significantly reduce your
inspection time. Based on a completely new concept of an
operator-oriented interface, the software integrates all the
latest measuring strategies to facilitate your day-to day
measurement tasks.
Microlog
XG®
can be
directly connected
to most makes and models of measuring machine, new or
used, manual or CNC, and can be used to standardize all
your measuring systems with a single inspection
application.
The software also includes direct interfaces to all
types of portable arm, so at last powerful CAD based
software at an affordable price is available for users
of equipment from Faro, Romer, Cimcore, etc. For older
CMM's with obsolete or non-serviceable control hardware,
a range of
controller upgrades
is also available.
Throughout the measurement
(probing, constructions, definitions, …) all
results can be instantly accessed to monitor the
inspection process. While probing, all the
feature’s results (dimensions, form fault…) are
calculated and displayed in real-time.
For the
first time in a 3D inspection package,
continuing, resuming or modifying
a measurement is now available at anytime during
the measurement process. After probing
additional points or removing points, the
results are automatically updated for any given
feature. Your measuring process is dramatically
simplified and the analysis greatly improved for
a flexible and truly high quality control
analysis.
Measurement results can be
directly printed, or the integrated step-by-step
report wizard can rapidly create or customize
graphical or table-based inspection reports. All
the feature’s characteristics can be clearly
displayed in a customizable sticker for a
detailed and comprehensive report.
Emphasis has been put on faster
operation based on easy access to functions,
preventing the need to open multiple windows.
All critical data (results, part program,
probing assistance…) can be simultaneously
displayed without hiding current operations. The
graphical interface allows immediate and easy
access to all functions of the software. Our new
intuitive graphical structure virtually removes
the learning curve and facilitates an immediate
utilization.
This console-based operator
interface allows you to continuously monitor
your inspection data while
the part is being inspected.
