Real-Time Validation on Integrated Touchscreen
The EVO Elite introduces a leap forward in portable metrology with a built-in touchscreen interface powered by Creaform.OS and transforming how engineers scan, validate, and make decisions.
For the first time, operators can compare scan data to CAD directly on the device using Best Fit or Fixed Reference alignment, colour mapping in real time, and offering a ‘live’ 3D view of the inspection.
The 4.3″ graphical display provides real-time visualisation and on-part feedback, helping users capture complete, accurate data before stepping away from the component.
Lightweight, ergonomic, and intelligent, the EVO Elite bridges the gap between metrology-lab precision and shop-floor practicality.

Although the EVO Elite introduces a new design, it maintains incredibly high levels of precision. It’s certified under ISO 17025 and tested to ISO 10360 to deliver traceable, repeatable measurement accuracy regardless of operator, surface, or environment.
A supplied 350 mm scale bar and in-built calibration system help continually preserve stability and precision, even in a constantly changing environment.

A multi-laser architecture – 46 + 16 laser lines – collects dense, high-resolution data even on fine detail to generate ready-to-use mesh files in seconds.
Integration with leading CAD and reverse-engineering software enables a smooth transition from scan to validation without post-processing delays so, from first pass to finished model, the workflow supports exceptional speed, accuracy, and productivity.

Wherever engineers require precision, the EVO Elite delivers rapid, reliable performance. With Augmented Reality (AR) integration, a 12 MP photo camera, and an optional wireless mobility kit, operators gain total freedom – cable-free scanning, live 3D visualisation, and intuitive on-part guidance.
Compact and robust construction at 1.04 kg, it travels easily in a specially designed case and survives the realities of travel and regular use.

Direct data connection
Designed for the Most Secure Environments
While many modern scanners rely on wireless connectivity, the EVO Elite uses a wired connection to add a physical layer of security to your scanning processes by design (for full wireless capability, see our mobility kit).
In high-security or proprietary environments, wireless signals may suffer interception or compromise, creating unacceptable risk when handling sensitive 3D data or confidential components.
The EVO Elite’s direct data connection removes that risk entirely, maintaining unbroken signal integrity and eliminating wireless exposure during each scan.
