New CUBE-R® M Series™ Brings Modular Automated Inspection to UK Manufacturing

The innovative M Series introduces modularity to the proven CUBE-R platform, combining the power of the MetraSCAN 3D-R™ with flexible, turnkey robotic cells that can be configured to meet the specific requirements of each manufacturer. With three standard models and a broad range of configuration options, the system allows manufacturers to scale inspection capacity, adapt to different part sizes, and maintain high-accuracy inspection directly on the shop floor.

The M Series includes three models, M2™, M3™, and M4™, designed to handle parts up to 2 m, 3 m, and 4 m, respectively. Each system delivers metrology-grade 3D scanning performance, achieving 0.025 mm accuracy, 0.015 mm resolution, and 3 million measurements per second, validated to VDI/VDE 2634 Part 3 and ISO 10360 standards.
The modular hardware and intelligent software ensure repeatable, high-speed measurement even in challenging shop-floor environments, while a comprehensive range of configuration options supports seamless integration into existing production workflows.
