Creaform offer direct access to their Customer Centre and eLearning portal. In the Customer centre you’ll find access to the latest software, licences, and knowledge base articles for your system.
How to sign up
Access to the eLearning Centre will let you familiarise yourself with the system and software interface before you begin your training, helping you to get the most out of the course.
Either way, you’ll need the serial number from your scanner (located on the underside of the unit) to access the right content for your system.
We advise that any other users of the system register too.

Finally, we would advise navigating to the Catalogue and filtering to Quick-start courses as per the steps below. Simply navigate to the catalogue, choose Quick Start from the category and show all. See below for more information
