The HandySCAN MAX | EVO Elite introduces a leap forward in portable metrology with a built-in touchscreen interface powered by Creaform.OS, transforming how engineers scan, validate, and make decisions.
For the first time, operators can compare scan data to CAD directly on the device using Best Fit or Fixed Reference alignment, colour mapping in real time, and a live 3D view of the inspection.
The 4.3″ graphical display provides real-time visualisation and on-part feedback, helping users capture complete, accurate data before stepping away from the component.
Combined with an extra-large scanning area of up to 2.4 × 2.0 m, wireless operation, and an optimised design for hard-to-reach environments, the HandySCAN MAX | EVO Elite delivers greater flexibility and productivity for large-scale inspection tasks. Backed by Creaform’s worldwide repair and customer support network, it offers a dependable solution for demanding industrial applications.

Although the MAX | EVO Elite introduces a new design, it maintains incredibly high levels of precision. It’s certified under ISO 17025 and tested to ISO 10360 to deliver traceable, repeatable measurement accuracy regardless of operator, surface, or environment.
A supplied 350 mm scale bar and in-built calibration system help continually preserve stability and precision, even in a constantly changing environment.
