Measurement Solutions is pleased to announce the expansion of Creaform’s HandySCAN 3D family with the launch of the new HandySCAN MAX EVO Series and the introduction of the HandySCAN EVO and HandySCAN EVO Plus.
Designed around a unified user experience, the latest additions combine metrology-grade accuracy with greater mobility, intuitive workflows and seamless integration with the Creaform Metrology Suite. Together, they provide manufacturers with a scalable, portable 3D scanning platform capable of measuring everything from small precision components to large, complex assemblies.
Introducing the HandySCAN MAX EVO Series
Leading the announcement is the next-generation HandySCAN MAX EVO Series, comprising the HandySCAN MAX EVO and HandySCAN MAX EVO Elite.
Developed specifically for the inspection of large and complex parts, the MAX EVO Series extends Creaform’s proven EVO platform to larger-scale applications while maintaining the metrology-grade accuracy, robustness and reliability required for quality control, quality assurance, reverse engineering and non-destructive testing (NDT).
When paired with the optional Mobility Kit, the MAX EVO Series enables fully wireless, cable-free operation, allowing engineers to carry out inspections directly at the point of work without relying on fixed workstations. Integrated on-scanner visualisation, embedded screen functionality and guided workflows provide a more intuitive scan-to-report process, helping improve efficiency without compromising measurement confidence.
The HandySCAN MAX EVO is ideally suited to product development applications, while the HandySCAN MAX EVO Elite offers higher volumetric accuracy for precision inspection and advanced quality assurance workflows.
Introducing the HandySCAN EVO and HandySCAN EVO Plus
Joining the HandySCAN 3D family are the new HandySCAN EVO and HandySCAN EVO Plus, extending the same user-focused EVO platform to everyday inspection and reverse engineering applications.
Designed to improve efficiency and accessibility, the new models feature integrated on-scanner visualisation and simplified guided workflows that help users work more intuitively while reducing setup time and streamlining daily measurement tasks.
The EVO platform has also been recognised with a prestigious Red Dot Design Award for its ergonomic, user-centred design. In addition, Elite models across the HandySCAN family incorporate QR code reading functionality, enabling faster access to inspection programmes and improving workflow efficiency.
